The Beginnings
Growing up, my parents made their living by owning and operating a wine and cheese shop in Cincinnati, Ohio. Looking back on it, this is where my love for the industry began. The bustling business of the holiday season was like nothing I had ever experienced. The journey began at 15, when I got my first job washing dishes at a local pizza shop. Fast forward 20 years, and here we are! I went on to work virtually every position a restaurant offers, front and back, in my teenage years and into my twenties. Along the way, I received a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Ohio State University. Then came management, GM, F+B Director, and Vice President roles, which have led me to this point. After twenty years in the industry, I found consulting to be my true passion. I want to give back to the industry I love the most.
